Not to escape your everyday, but to live beautifully in it.

Founded by Palak Dave in 2017, Embiria began with the simple idea of bringing people together through shared experiences. What started as intimate gatherings focused on connection and meaningful conversations has since evolved into a thriving community and membership called Embiria Social Club (ESC). To date, Palak has hosted over 350+ events, connecting over 5,000 women across Canada and the US, partnering with globally recognized brands and creating spaces where real-life relationships and fulfilling experiences flourish.

Palak is the Founder of Embiria & Embiria Social Club (ESC), an Experience Expert & Facilitator, Investor and Author of Beautiful Everydays: A Guide to Living in the Here and Now.

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Palak — the founder of Embiria, author of Beautiful Everydays and someone who believes that the best parts of life happen when we’re fully present. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the person my friends turn to for recommendations on the best restaurants, the coziest cafés, and the kinds of experiences that leave you feeling deeply connected and inspired. This has always been my mission — to create spaces where people can step away from the noise of digital distractions and truly savour life in its simplest, most beautiful form.

After spending over a decade in corporate marketing roles with companies like TIFF and Indigo, I realized that my purpose was to help others experience the richness of life through real, in-person connections. In 2017, I founded Embiria with the goal of helping people embrace a life filled with meaning and fulfillment — and since then, I’ve hosted over 350 events centered around the simple joy of connecting with others over shared experiences, meals, and meaningful conversations.

Embiria has since evolved into Embiria Social Club (ESC), a membership community that fosters authenticity, growth, and joy, especially for women seeking more connection and fulfillment in their everyday lives. What we’re creating together is more than just a community — it’s a movement toward living offline, slowing down, and prioritizing in-person experiences over the constant pull of digital distractions.

I believe deeply in the power of real-life connections, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative they can be. Through my work, I’ve partnered and hosted experiences for brands like Lululemon, Bumble, and Knixwear, and I’ve had the privilege of being featured in outlets like The Everygirl, Authority Magazine, and The Huffington Post. I’ve also shared incredible conversations on my approach to life as a guest on numerous top-rated podcasts, including Live Well Anyway, Hotter Than Health podcast, Talk Healthy to Me, and AsianBoss Girl.
