I’m Palak, Founder of Embiria {meaning Experience} and Author of Beautiful Everydays. I believe the secret to living a truly fulfilling life is not found in doing more—but in pausing, savouring the present, and embracing what truly matters. I’ve been called the “Queen of IRL (in real life)” because of my love for living in the moment, bringing people together and sharing real life experiences, especially around the table. This joy for connection is at the heart of everything I do.
I created Embiria Social Club (ESC) for women who are committed to designing lives filled with joy, connection, and purpose. In ESC, we create space to pause from the busy, to build authentic relationships, and to celebrate the richness of life—together.
Through my book, Beautiful Everydays, I share simple yet powerful ways to turn ordinary moments into lasting memories, helping you reconnect with the beauty of the here and now.
